Uptown Minneapolis is supposedly hipster central, but I put my money on Northeast (“Nordeast”). Case in point: Surdyk’s Liquor and Cheese Shop, “the midwest’s largest liquor store since 1934” and one of the happeningest places any day of the weeks—but particularly so during tastings. And it just so happens that on May 19 (in honor of Donald?) a wine and cheese tasting will be going down from 5-9. It would make a great pre-show pre-game spot, after which you can then drunkenly explore Northeast (which is the best way to do it, of course) and all the swag it has to offer.

Now, I know that the Minnesota show is taking place in Minneapolis, but the fantastic city of St. Paul is only minutes away, and there you can find:

Black Blue

Really great selection of men’s clothing and local art on display, especially good for shoes and sweaters.

And afterwards you can head over to

Sweeney’s Saloon

These guys have amazing sixty cent buffalo wings after 9PM, and a pretty decent rotating selection of beers.

Ian’s Pizza

3463 N. Clark Street

Ian’s is a by-the-slice pizza joint bent on bringing culinary creativity and quality to the masses at an affordable price.  They don’t own freezers and take great pride in every single slice.  You’ll find options there that won’t be found anywhere else.  Try out a black bean with feta and avocado, spicy chicken burrito, or their most popular creation, the mac n cheese.

delicious (slightly greasy, but in a good way) food, very vegan/vegetarian-friendly, open late, funky but fun atmosphere, nice service…what’s not to like? the chili-cheese fries are awesome and vegetarian! Open until 3am so you can go and get the best breakfast of your life post-show!

Okay Boston. This is the best you got for Donald? Granted it all looks good but there have to be some good places to have a drink and how about shop. And what the hell is up with the websites in this town. Notice to web designers: Move to Boston and open a business. - @pdxkeith

Blue State Coffee is perhaps one of the best coffee places I have ever been to in my life. They not only offer really well made coffee, but delicious pastries from gods tears. They have a daily soup and tons of options for the sandwhich department. It’s also right next door to Paradise, which is the venue when he will be preforming at while in Boston.

I guarantee Donald won’t be disappointed if he tries Wild Bites when he comes to Boston. The food is better than any other Italian restaurant. Plus the place is decorated by the owners wife’s art. She does 3D body mold paintings. Its a pretty awesome place. The website has more info if you want to check it out. Its at 36 main st. Amesbury, Ma 01913.

One of the shittiest websites I’ve ever seen but a quick google image search revealed some delicious looking dishes. - @pdxkeith
